Sports Car Club (Singapore) aka SCCS is committed to preserving and safeguarding your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the manner in which we will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information. You agree that SCCS may, at its sole discretion, modify the Policy at any time with or without notice to you. You should review the Policy on a regular basis for any such changes.  10.2 How to make a complaint to us about our collection, use ordisclosure of personal data about youPlease direct anyqueries orcomplaints you have about thewayin whichwecollect, useor disclose personal dataabout youto ourDataProtectionOfficer(see11). Generally, weareunable todealwithanonymouscomplaints because weareunable toinvestigatethem. If you raise acomplaint anonymously we willnevertheless note thematterraised and, if possible, try andinvestigate andresolve it appropriately.10.3 Providing details of the complaint Whenever youmakeacomplaint (see 10.2) ourData Protection Officerwillseek toobtain sufficient informationfromyoutoenableus toinvestigate it. Please be preparedtoprovide our Data Protection Officerwith informationasto,for example:• the type of action,or lack of action, byusthat hasgiven risetoyourconcern;• whether it was an isolated incident or is ongoing and, inthe caseof an isolated incident,when it occurred;• a copyof anyrelevant correspondenceyouhold;• details about what you consider shouldhave happened or shouldnothavehappened10.4 Resolution of the complaint Immediatelyupon receiving acomplaint(see10.2) our DataProtectionOfficermust investigateitand within twobusiness days advise you of:• the outcomeofthe complaint andthe reasonsforthat outcomeor• writetoyou (which maybe byemail) advising you that the DataProtection Officer needsmoretimetoinvestigatethecomplaint andstating when theData Protection Officerexpectstohaveresolvedthe complaintfor youTheData ProtectionOfficermust in anyevent completetheinvestigationofyour complaint within 10 business days.10.5 Communicating the outcome of a complaint to youIf a complaint(see10.2)is settledtoyour complete satisfaction, our DataProtection Officer isnotrequired toadvise you in writing of theoutcomeof thecomplaint, unless you request a written response(which maybe byemail).
